WorkBC Whalley
This workshop is designed for individuals who are precariously employed, have experienced frequent job changes due to terminations, or are re-entering the workforce after a period of absence. Participants will learn how to navigate the challenges of securing and maintaining employment while building essential workplace skills.

 
These include workplace behaviour, effective communication, understanding workplace culture, developing interpersonal relations, managing stress, and achieving work-life balance. The workshop also emphasizes the importance of showing a willingness to learn, taking initiative, and actively seeking feedback that supports long-term growth and job retention.
